How to Fit WBTR Aerowiper Wiper Blades
A comprehensive range of fitting videos for our own brand Aerowiper. This range covers the Hook, Pinch Tab, Push Button & Side Pin wiper arm attachments. For more information please email us at help@wiperblades.co.uk
Hook fitting
- Remove the V3 cover from the wiper blade by peeling it away from the fitting and discard.
- Open up the lid on the adaptor. We recommend using a small screwdriver to gently pop it open.
- Fit the hook wiper arm onto the blade by slotting it into the adaptor before closing the lid. You should feel a firm click if this has been done correctly.
- Insert the V1 housing (cover) onto the adaptor to complete the look of the blade. Don’t forget to remove the protective strip.
Pinch tab
- First, remove the V3 cover from the fitting. To do this, simply peel it off the attachment and then discard.
- Locate the end of the wiper arm into the slot on the blade.
- Close and pinch this into place using the tab.
- Don’t forget to remove the green protective strip at the end before use.
Push button (19mm)
- Firstly, remove the V3 cover by peeling it back and unclipping it from the attachment. This can then be discarded.
- Locate the end of the wiper arm onto the tabs.
- Pinch the tabs in with your fingers while sliding the arm up and over onto the blade. This should click firmly into place.
- Remove the green protective strip at the end before use.
Push button (22mm)
- First, remove the V3 cover from the fitting. To do this, simply peel it away from the blade and put that to one side.
- In the bag provided, locate the V2 cover. This will be the smallest one. Attach this onto the fitment as shown in the video.
- Fit the wiper onto the wiper arm by pinching the tabs while sliding the wiper arm into place.
- To finish, remove the green protective strip on the wiper blade edge.
Side pin
- Line up the pin vertically with the side of the adaptor and slot this into place. You should hear a clicking noise.
- Lower the wiper arm back down to a horizontal position over the wiper blade.
- Remove the green protective strip to finish.
